Job Summary

Own the commercial success of Careem’s grocery and supermarket partners across the UAE by building long-lasting relationships, driving growth, and improving operational performance. Use account performance data (GTV, order frequency, basket size, SKU availability, conversion) to guide decisions. Lead periodic partner business reviews and collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, Catalog, Customer Care, and Finance to align partners with overall strategy and monetization goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with grocery and supermarket partners as the main point of contact on the Careem platform.
•Drive growth across existing accounts by improving catalog depth, pricing competitiveness, availability, and basket size, and onboard new high-value brands.
•Analyze account performance data (GTV, order frequency, basket size, SKU-level availability, and conversion) to guide data-backed decisions.
•Conduct periodic partner performance business reviews and define next month’s plans across commercial performance, operational health, and catalog quality.
•Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Supply Chain, Catalog, Customer Care, and Finance to ensure partners meet aligned growth objectives and monetize effectively via advertising and in-app promotions.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in account management and commercial roles with enterprise accounts, ideally in grocery, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
•Ability to establish and lead relationships with high-profile grocery and retail partners.
•Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability in a high-growth environment.
•Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and related project/program management applications.
•Self-starter with an exemplary sense of ownership and ability to manage time and priorities.
