  • •Lead AI discovery and solutioning by mapping customer AI strategies and sector challenges to business-aligned problem-solution fits.
  • •Drive the pre- and post-sales technical lifecycle, including discovery, capability demonstrations, and guiding implementation to meet value/adoption thresholds.
  • •Rapidly prototype and build solutions during customer hackathons to address pain points across inventory routing, fulfillment, and promotions.

  • •Serve as primary technical subject matter expert for CPG/retail, advising on omnichannel/DTC execution, smart warehouse optimization, and sustainable supply chain initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading end-to-end technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in CPG, retail, or e-commerce, including AI roadmaps and ROI/TCO business cases.
  • •Deep domain expertise in retail/CPG processes such as inventory management, supply chain, trade promotion, category management, or loss prevention.
  • •Strong technical proficiency in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering for POS/transactional/inventory data.
  • •Ability to present and tell the story for internal/external stakeholders and lead technical whiteboarding sessions, readouts, and demos.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; relevant master’s preferred (CS, business analytics, engineering, mathematics, or related).
