•Lead, coach and develop the Credit Analyst team, driving performance, accountability and capability uplift
•Oversee workflow and capacity to ensure service levels and turnaround times are met
•Assess and approve credit proposals within delegated authority, ensuring alignment with local and global credit policies
•Lead and support the team in complex credit assessments, providing coaching and technical guidance to uplift decision quality and consistency
•Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, external and internal stakeholders and coordinate reporting on volumes and key risks

•Minimum experience as a Credit Analyst with leadership experience; able to oversee workflow and ensure service levels

•Advanced skills with Microsoft Office; banking or finance experience is advantageous
•Interest in leveraging AI to shape future credit operations and drive continuous improvement
