Job Summary

Build and ship scalable full-stack applications on the Agentforce platform, owning backend APIs, data modeling, and responsive UI experiences. Create and iterate on AI agent tooling with agentic frameworks and LLM-backed workflows, contributing to multi-agent systems and interaction patterns. Deliver secure, optimized, production-grade software and design systems that integrate AI agents seamlessly into human workflows. Partner closely with ML engineers, UX experts, and product managers to drive end-to-end product execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, design, and ship scalable full-stack applications on the Agentforce platform, owning backend API and data modeling through polished UI experiences.
•Build and iterate on AI agent tooling using agentic frameworks and LLM-backed workflows for platform-level multi-agent systems.
•Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices with AI as a core development workflow.
•Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows.
•Collaborate with ML engineers, UX experts, and product managers to deliver end-to-end product outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,200 - 176,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep knowledge of OOP using Java or Python with proven full-stack ability, including owning UI (React/TypeScript), APIs, and backend services.
•Hands-on experience building on agentic platforms (Agentforce, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar), including prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and tool/function calling.
•Demonstrated AI-first approach to engineering, using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to move faster and improve across the stack.
•Related technical degree required.
