Build and maintain automation frameworks to test AI-powered features, including LLM outputs, recommendation engines, and intelligent workflows. Develop test strategies that validate accuracy, relevance, consistency, and bias across diverse scenarios, and run functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers to define acceptance criteria, track defects, and support responsible AI practices. Integrate quality automation into CI/CD pipelines to continuously validate AI quality in production.
