Key Responsibilities

•Lead discovery, qualification, and solution strategy for complex, multi-industry pre-sales pursuits; establish win themes and differentiation.
•Create end-to-end solution architecture and technical/solution design narrative across discovery, PoVs/PoCs, solution reviews, and solution defense.
•Balance configuration vs. customization and define integrated, secure platform strategy across cloud, identity, observability, cybersecurity, and enterprise apps.
•Drive value engineering by translating client pain points into value hypotheses and defending TCO/ROI tied to client KPIs.
•Create ServiceNow offerings and pre-sales enablement assets (demo scripts, discovery guides, scoping templates, value calculators, one-pagers, customer stories) and support pricing/resource planning.

Salary: USD 127,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of pre-sales consulting experience for global enterprises within the ServiceNow ecosystem (or adjacent workflow platforms).
•Proven expertise leading complex, cross-industry deals from discovery through close, including executive storytelling and solution governance.
•Deep, hands-on understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, Generative AI Controller, AI Search) and cross-platform solution architecture.
•Expertise in value-based solutioning, including TCO/ROI and outcome-centric roadmap creation.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience; ServiceNow pre-sales certifications such as Pre-sales accreditation, CTA, CSA, or CIS (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM).
