Job Summary

Plan, coordinate, and oversee software testing activities for national and international IT and software projects. Own standardized, transparent test processes to ensure product and system quality while reducing project risk. Develop and maintain test concepts, plans, and estimates, lead and guide one or more test teams (manual and automated), manage defect/issue escalation, and report status, results, and risks to internal leadership and customers. Based in Paderborn.

•Lead one or more test teams (manual and automated, potentially distributed internationally) and select test methods, tools, and quality standards.
•Monitor and report test progress, results, risks, and defects; prepare test completion reports and present outcomes to project leaders and customers.
