  • •Automate repetitive manual tasks by building operational workflows and recovery scripts (e.g., Python, Bash).

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years hands-on experience in network operations, satellite communications (Satcom), NOC, or technical support environments.
  • •0–1+ years experience in people management or acting as a technical lead/mentor to junior engineers.
  • •Strong understanding of IP networking (TCP/IP, routing & switching, BGP, VLANs, NAT, DNS) and/or RF concepts.
  • •Experience using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate tasks or parse network/telemetry data.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, including writing post-mortems and interfacing with cross-functional teams and customers.
