Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience in Dimensional Engineering or a related field.
  • •Proven track record leading vehicle-level dimensional engineering for new product development programs through launch.
  • •Expert knowledge and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), including dimensional analysis and tolerance stack-up studies.
  • •Experience using dimensional simulation models and variation simulations using 3DCS.
  • •Strong understanding of automotive design, product development, manufacturing processes, and assembly operations, with cross-functional leadership and mentoring.
