Job Summary

Lead branch operations by building a high-performing team and coaching associates to deliver exceptional customer value. Manage incident-free safety practices, translate operating and financial data to spot trends and root causes, and set goals using key performance metrics. Partner with area leadership to implement strategies that drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and associate succession planning, including supporting adoption of emerging technologies.

•Emphasize safety daily to create an incident-free environment and promote a strong safety culture through training and policies.
•Analyze operating and financial data to identify business trends and root causes, and track KPIs daily/weekly/monthly.
•Implement strategies and adjust to market conditions; partner with leadership and Field Support to support technology implementation and achieve revenue and customer goals.

Key Requirements

•4 to 7 years of managerial experience in leadership, issue management, motivation, and team building.

•Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
•Be ready to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working while encouraging others to do so.
•Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements; High School or equivalent required.
