Job Summary

Diagnose and maintain material bulk handling equipment, including conveyors, motors, pulley assemblies, and related systems. Assemble and install equipment, perform welding and cutting torch operations, align machines, and repair and lubricate components to meet specifications. Operate equipment such as forklifts and welders, support vessel discharging, and complete start-up and service work while following safety policies. Work shifts and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose problems and maintain material bulk handling equipment.
•Assemble, install, and align equipment such as drive motors, conveyors, and pulley assemblies.
•Perform welding and cutting torch operations as needed and repair, lubricate, and adjust equipment components.
•Operate equipment (e.g., cutting torch, welder, forklift, hand tools, electric meters) and verify conformance to specifications.
•Support terminal maintenance activities, including greasing/lubricating bearings and related repairs, and discharge vessels as assigned.

•2-5 years of experience with conveying and material handling systems.
•Electrical/mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
