Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop AI/ML solutions: design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models to solve complex business challenges (classification, regression, clustering, forecasting).
  • •Data exploration & analysis: proactively identify opportunities in large datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, and generate actionable insights.
  • •Collaboration & innovation: work with data engineers, AI specialists, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • •Communicate insights: translate findings into clear visuals and language for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Model lifecycle management: own the lifecycle from prototyping and validation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with AI and at least 5+ years in a Data Scientist or similar role.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
  • •Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
  • •Fluency in SQL with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • •Strong ML fundamentals plus data visualization using Matplotlib, Power BI or Tableau; Git and Jupyter/JupyterLab experience.
