Job Summary

Seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML models, explore data for insights, collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders, communicate findings, and own the model lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and monitoring in Atos’ AI center of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop AI/ML solutions: design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models to solve complex business challenges (classification, regression, clustering, forecasting).
•Data exploration & analysis: proactively identify opportunities in large datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, and generate actionable insights.
•Collaboration & innovation: work with data engineers, AI specialists, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
•Communicate insights: translate findings into clear visuals and language for technical and non-technical audiences.
•Model lifecycle management: own the lifecycle from prototyping and validation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with AI and at least 5+ years in a Data Scientist or similar role.
•Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
•Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
•Fluency in SQL with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
•Strong ML fundamentals plus data visualization using Matplotlib, Power BI or Tableau; Git and Jupyter/JupyterLab experience.
