Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end analysis and documentation of Risk Management processes across multiple risk disciplines.
  • •Review current ways of working to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and/or risk outcomes.
  • •Identify current and future opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, workflow technologies, and other innovative solutions.
  • •Conduct interviews, workshops, and working sessions with stakeholders to gather information, requirements, and validate findings.
  • •Develop future-state process designs and actionable transformation recommendations, including roadmaps and benefit/risk/cost analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong process engineering or business process management expertise, including process redesign/optimization and change management principles.
  • •Ability to analyze complex end-to-end processes and identify pragmatic improvement opportunities.
  • •Experience leading process improvement or business transformation initiatives within financial services.
  • •Knowledge of emerging technologies and an appetite to develop this knowledge, including AI and related capabilities.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including leading workshops and cross-functional discussions with senior leaders.
