Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship fast, talk to customers, and build AI agents that automate complex tasks in healthcare.
  • •Work across the stack—from building AI agents to delivering elegant user-facing features.
  • •Build the platform infrastructure that allows AI to generate customer-specific apps, reports, insights and workflows.
  • •Help define engineering culture and grow the team.
  • •Collaborate with the founders to shape product direction and scale the company.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building complex products to hit the ground running.
  • •You've built real products for real customers, not just internal tools, integrations or side projects.
  • •Strong product taste and high bar for quality, with ability to move quickly.
  • •Willingness to work in a high-ownership environment and help define engineering culture.
  • •Visa required, with open to O-1 visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates (if applicable).
