Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform analysis of gold consumption at plating and summarize results for XRF through daily and weekly monitoring.
  • •Record daily chemical receiving and usage data for the BOM.
  • •Identify, report, and document engineering and process abnormalities; analyze data to identify root causes.
  • •Advise on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and implement appropriate countermeasures.
  • •Maintain stock and resources, support process sustainability, and develop process improvements to optimize tools and equipment capability; collaborate with continuous improvement teams on productivity, lead time, FROT, quality, and cost; perform statistical process studies.
