Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Manage complex customer issues and share technical expertise to ensure timely, accurate solutions.
•Engage with customers via virtual meetings, chat, and email to manage expectations, set priorities, and resolve technical issues.
•Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback to help identify new features and functions.
•Read and analyze error logs for Java programs and operating systems to determine root causes and implement fixes.
•Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 153,000 - 192,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Effective communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Ability to empathize with the customer and troubleshoot customer issues.
•Ability to read, write, and interpret multiple programming and scripting languages, such as Java, React, Groovy, Java Script.
•Windows and Linux OS experience.
•Cloud-based software application experience, including installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
