Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute a market growth strategy to identify, engage, and recruit independent primary care practices and provider organizations, maintaining a sales pipeline and CRM activity to achieve provider recruitment goals.
  • •Meet with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders to demonstrate Counterpart Assistant and communicate its clinical and financial value; address objections, negotiate participation, and close new provider partnerships.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador at provider meetings, conferences, healthcare events, and community organizations to increase awareness and generate new opportunities in key growth markets.
  • •Convert targeted provider practices into signed partnerships by conducting provider outreach and leading the sales process.
  • •Partner with Provider Success teams to ensure a seamless transition to onboarding for newly enrolled providers.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare technology, clinical software, value-based care solutions, provider network contracting or servicing.
  • •Prospecting and delivering executive-level presentations and product demonstrations; overcoming objections, negotiating agreements, and developing partnerships with physician practices, hospitals, health systems, and FQHCs.
  • •Strong understanding of primary care, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, provider economics, quality incentive programs, and reimbursement models.
  • •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and provider contracting/recruitment goals, plus territory growth objectives.
  • •Self-starter who thrives in a field-based sales environment and is willing to travel 60–70% (3–4 days per week).
