Drive provider network expansion for Counterpart Health by recruiting and enrolling independent primary care practices into the provider network. Meet with physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare leaders to demonstrate Counterpart Assistant, communicate clinical and financial value, handle objections, and close signed partnerships. Build and manage a sales pipeline with disciplined CRM activity, represent the brand at healthcare events, and coordinate with Provider Success teams for smooth onboarding and market launches.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute a market growth strategy to identify, engage, and recruit independent primary care practices and provider organizations, maintaining a sales pipeline and CRM activity to achieve provider recruitment goals.
•Meet with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders to demonstrate Counterpart Assistant and communicate its clinical and financial value; address objections, negotiate participation, and close new provider partnerships.
•Serve as a brand ambassador at provider meetings, conferences, healthcare events, and community organizations to increase awareness and generate new opportunities in key growth markets.
•Convert targeted provider practices into signed partnerships by conducting provider outreach and leading the sales process.
•Partner with Provider Success teams to ensure a seamless transition to onboarding for newly enrolled providers.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare technology, clinical software, value-based care solutions, provider network contracting or servicing.
•Prospecting and delivering executive-level presentations and product demonstrations; overcoming objections, negotiating agreements, and developing partnerships with physician practices, hospitals, health systems, and FQHCs.
•Strong understanding of primary care, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, provider economics, quality incentive programs, and reimbursement models.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and provider contracting/recruitment goals, plus territory growth objectives.
•Self-starter who thrives in a field-based sales environment and is willing to travel 60–70% (3–4 days per week).
