Job Summary

Build and deepen customer relationships in Fifth Third’s financial centers using a consultative, sales-focused approach. As a Retail Personal Banker I, you’ll complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service, then support customers through lobby leadership, aisle time, tele-consulting, and processing teller transactions. The role is part of the platform staff and requires flexibility, teamwork, and travel to nearby financial centers within the market.

•Complete onboarding and education rotations to become a Retail Personal Banker I, including a certification at program conclusion.

•Lead customer-facing activities such as lobby leadership (Financial Centers), aisle time (Bank Marts), and tele-consulting.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff.
•Travel to various Financial Centers within the market as part of the role and training requirements.

•High school diploma/GED.
•Ability to perform advanced math for extensive cash handling.
•Comfortably and confidently interact with the public; present a professional image.

•2+ years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience and in-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures; must complete SAFE Act registration via NMLS at the time of employment.
