Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive process improvements in transportation and warehousing to optimize logistics costs and delivery service, including Order-to-Cash flow optimization.
  • •Lead enterprise logistics transformation and continuous improvement programs (warehouse network redesign, TMS implementation, technology/automation integration).
  • •Develop logistics strategies and execution roadmaps, including global warehouse footprint modeling and warehouse consolidations.
  • •Improve transportation and warehouse performance, including transit time and pick/pack/ship analyses updated in SAP across regions.
  • •Lead logistics operating system and partner performance (regional logistics leaders, 4PL/3PLs), ensuring performance goals and carrier compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience in transportation logistics and warehouse operations or supply chain management for a manufacturing shipper.
  • •5+ years of project management experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
  • •Expertise using SAP TM, EWM, MM, and TMS, plus data analytics platforms to drive decision-making.
