Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Director of Sales in managing the sales team and stepping in during absences.
•Attend internal meetings, calls, client appointments, and events in the absence of the Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing.
•Manage key accounts to maximize revenue and market share; ensure achievement of targets.
•Prospect new accounts and nurture relationships within assigned geographic markets, including European markets.
•Conduct site inspections and adhere to corporate SOPs; participate in trade shows and sales events to drive bookings.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury resort or hotel.
•2-3 years of experience working with tour operators in the European market; proficiency in German is a plus.
•Strong knowledge of the European luxury tourism landscape, with ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue from assigned markets.
•Solid understanding of sales processes, contracting (SMART contracting), and revenue yield optimization.
•Ability to attend trade shows, workshops, and client events, and to collaborate with internal teams to develop annual sales action plans and budgets.
