R&D Mechanical Engineer (m/w/d) - semiconductor industry

Design and advance mechanical systems for semiconductor equipment, leveraging physics, math, and materials science. Own mechanical tooling and processes across the product lifecycle, including layouts, schematics, specifications, and manufacturing/installation execution. Lead projects from concept to release using CAD and detailed 3D models, apply GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis, and collaborate with vendors and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost effectiveness.
