Job Summary

Lead and grow a team supporting Naval Radar programs across hardware, software, networking, and integration. Own schedule execution for program elements while developing test plans and verification documentation, troubleshooting complex system issues using detailed data analysis, and using modeling/simulation to predict performance. Integrate tactical systems and collaborate with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to document results, verify requirements, and resolve issues. Onsite in Tewksbury, MA or Woburn, MA with up to 10% travel.

•Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and integration/verification documentation in simulated and real-world environments.
•Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues using detailed data analysis and debugging.
•Use modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
•Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and document/communicate results to stakeholders.
