Credit Specialist

Manage a portfolio of process-focused customers and national accounts by handling complex credit accounts and minimizing outstanding debt. Apply credit policies to control risk, support timely repayments, and efficiently collect arrears. Contact customers for delinquent payments, prepare credit/collection status reports, and identify problem debts. Coordinate with internal teams and participate in associate meetings to strengthen relationships and support enterprise sales objectives.
