Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, instruct, plan, and assign work to building cleaning staff.
  • •Inspect vacated rooms and common areas (corridors, service rooms, halls, stairs, lavatories, lobbies, lounges, vending areas) for cleanliness and order.
  • •Report damages, losses, and supply shortages; receive complaints and route them for resolution.
  • •Prepare and maintain required records/accounts, including lost-and-found control.
  • •Maintain linen/supplies inventory and oversee safe use of cleaning equipment and supplies, participating in heavy cleaning when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience in housekeeping/cleaning operations.
  • •4 years of supervisory experience.
  • •Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning materials, and equipment.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •2 years GCC experience (preferred).
