Job Summary

Build and operate a scalable, reliable services framework for Workday Government analytics. You’ll design and implement Kubernetes platform solutions, automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines, and improve monitoring, alerting, and tracing for production services. Partner with teams across Workday Prism Analytics, support GovCloud deployments, and participate in production on-call to ensure high availability, security, and long-term reliability.

•Design, develop, and implement solutions for a Kubernetes platform, including infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
•Build and maintain core platform components to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
•Automate and optimize infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments using Terraform and Argo CD.
•Provide troubleshooting and support for platform-related issues in partnership with development teams.
•Implement security best practices, maintain compliance, and document platform components and processes; participate in on-call for production reliability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,500 - 227,300 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years hands-on experience working with infrastructure (on-premises or cloud) with strong systems architecture, networking, and security knowledge.
•Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, architecture, and administration.
•Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
•Proficiency in infrastructure automation (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines/tools (Argo CD).
•Programming proficiency in at least one language, preferably Go or Python.
