•Boost sign-up and login conversion by designing onboarding flows that minimize user friction while controlling fraud and security risks.
•Partner with design and research to create accessible, intuitive experiences that prevent drop-offs.
•Align and execute complex product roadmaps by bringing together business, engineering, and security teams.
•Own domain unit economics by building financial models and reducing communication costs (e.g., SMS/OTP) without harming completion rates.
•Design compliant flows that address technical debt, project risks, and data privacy requirements (GDPR and localization) while continually optimizing performance using advanced analytics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 70,700 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years in Product Management within high-volume Marketplaces, Ride-hailing, FinTech, or E-commerce.
•Ability to critically evaluate design layouts from a conversion perspective.
•Knowledge of authentication and delivery/communication channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Push, Passkeys) with cost/conversion trade-offs.
•Base-level understanding of microservices and how backend services interact.
•Experience running concurrent experiments and performing independent post-analysis, including downstream impact and guardrail metrics (fraud rates, cost per verification).
