Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership throughout the pre-sales lifecycle by partnering with Sales, Hardware, and Process Development to shape proposals and technology positioning.
  • •Serve as a senior technical authority for customers by leading deep technical engagements on fab environments, process nodes, technology roadmaps, and critical KPIs.
  • •Lead advanced data-driven analysis of equipment and process performance versus customer specifications to drive improvements in yield, variability, CoO, and productivity.
  • •Own resolution of highly complex, cross-disciplinary tool and process issues and lead high-impact continuous improvement projects with sustainable implementation and knowledge capture.
  • •Mentor and develop junior and senior engineers; establish best practices for documentation, technical reviews, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated system-level integration knowledge across semiconductor process modules.
  • •Deep expert-level knowledge in one or more thin film process areas across CVD, ALD, PVD, and epitaxy.
  • •Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-impact customer environments and influence outcomes at technical and leadership levels.
  • •Ability to lead advanced, data-driven analysis of equipment and process performance (e.g., CD, profile, defectivity, yield, Cpk, matching, output, CoO).
  • •Ability to resolve highly complex, cross-disciplinary tool and process issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
