Job Summary

Direct and coordinate activities involved with procuring products for sales and distribution in a wholesale warehouse environment. Lead daily operations including hiring, training, inventory control, cycle counts, freight expense management, accounts payable discrepancies, and order routing/loading for shipment. Partner with regional buyers and vendors for pricing, availability, and delivery schedules, and support sales objectives while ensuring warehouse safety procedures are followed.

•Hire, train, direct, and manage all warehouse staff, including warehouse associates and drivers.

•Manage inventory by controlling stock outs, reducing excessive inventory, and performing cycle counts to prevent shrink.
•Supervise order routing, loading, and preparation for shipment and delivery per customer instructions.
