Key Responsibilities

•Impact the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals.
•Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
•Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
•In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support achieving action plans focusing on deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17.75 - 19.75 hourly

•1+ years of client-centric, sales environment experience (preferred)
•Strong customer service and communication skills

•Willingness to work a part-time schedule up to 30 hours per week, including required weekend/shifts and blackout periods
