Own end-to-end talent sourcing for highly specialized engineering and go-to-market hiring across EMEA and APJ. You’ll lead market mapping and competitive intelligence, execute proactive candidate generation using advanced Boolean and sourcing tools, and build long-term pipelines for just-in-time hiring. Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, TA ops, branding, and university teams, and coach stakeholders on market insights and candidate engagement best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies across regions and functions.
•Develop talent landscapes by company, skillset, and geography to identify hidden talent pools and competitor org structures.
•Generate and engage candidates using advanced Boolean search and sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, SeekOut, GitHub, forums, niche aerospace networks).
•Maintain warm relationships with high-value candidates to enable just-in-time hiring across priority programs.
•Coach recruiters and hiring managers as the sourcing SME on market insights, talent availability, and candidate engagement best practices.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of cross-regional sourcing experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, autonomy, or other complex hardware/software industries.
•Track record in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for specialized technical roles.
•Deep expertise in Boolean search and sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, HireZ, and others.
•Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent.
•Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage technical talent authentically.
