Job Summary

Administer and execute the region’s Financial Planning & Analysis process, partnering with regional finance and accounting teams to improve budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting. Create and maintain budgets in the financial system, analyze drivers and risks, and explain year-over-year variances. Own key location financial statistics (e.g., headcount and KPI reporting) and support acquisition accounting activities including due diligence and earn-out analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute the region’s Financial Planning & Analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
•Create and track annual budgets and analyze actual results versus budgeted figures for reporting units.
•Maintain budget inputs in the company’s budget and financial systems and identify major drivers, opportunities, and risks.
•Own financial statistics for supported locations, including C&F rollforward, headcount analysis, and other KPIs; explain variations versus budget/forecast.
•Support acquisition accounting (due diligence and earn-out analysis) and related system and accounting method conversions for acquisitions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; finance or accounting focus is a plus.
•1+ year of finance and accounting experience in a corporate or business unit finance environment.
•Experience working in a continuous improvement, collaborative, matrixed organization with ability to lead process improvements.
•Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information professionally to finance leadership.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), preferably including Excel macros, Power Pivots, and Power Queries.
