Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, design, and delivery of roadway and multimodal transportation projects.
  • •Manage project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, and risk.
  • •Oversee preparation of roadway geometrics, plans, profiles, typical sections, estimates, and supporting analyses.
  • •Coordinate with internal disciplines and external agencies to ensure project success.
  • •Mentor staff and ensure QA/QC compliance per applicable standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience in roadway/transportation design and Project Management
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer in Nevada (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering projects for NDOT, County, RTC, or municipal clients
  • •Proficiency with civil engineering principles, design/build, permitting, and related regulations
