•Manage safety, downtime, budget, and overtime goals for the maintenance function.
•Complete work orders and preventative maintenance while supervising the designated maintenance/production crew.
•Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventive maintenance on grinders, blenders, augers, conveyors, and related industrial machinery.
•Track budgets, ensure product quality, and schedule maintenance crews and production orders.
•Maintain safety compliance logs, ensure OSHA and local/state regulatory compliance, and instruct employees on PPE and ergonomic improvements.
