Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform Risk & Control Framework activities such as control monitoring, review, and testing.
  • •Manage Internal Events across Operations teams including escalation, root cause identification, business impact analysis, and action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • •Register Internal Events, Issues, and Actions into the Helios system and prepare Closure Packs.
  • •Oversee Third Party Engagements in OneTPM system.
  • •Gather metrics and indicators, compile data for Local/Regional Forums, and support FRP bottom-up workforce planning; perform reconciliations and monthly substantiation.
