Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketers and Lifecycle Marketers focused on accelerating Jobber's Fintech business (payments, financing, lending) and establish a performance cadence with ownership of Fintech KPIs
•Own Marketing-influenced revenue growth for the Fintech portfolio, including adoption, activation, usage, and revenue growth across payments, financing, and capital
•Develop and own the end-to-end Fintech Marketing strategy and roadmap, prioritizing high-leverage opportunities and translating insights into action plans that balance customer value with revenue goals
•Operate as a player/coach, guiding overall strategy while remaining hands-on where the business needs
•Foster a culture of marketing experimentation, run multivariate tests, and build scalable systems with cross-functional partners
•Stay relentlessly customer-first, contributing to market research and sharpening positioning, messaging, and the Fintech Marketing strategy
•Collaborate with Fintech leadership, Product, Monetization, and Finance to identify roadmap, pricing, and promotional opportunities grounded in customer needs and commercial signals
•Represent Product & Lifecycle Marketing as the Fintech subject-matter leader across the organization, working with Finance, Analytics, Sales, and Risk Operations to deliver cohesive Fintech experiences

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 155,200 - 204,500 annually
