Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advice and strategic counseling on a full range of employment issues across multiple business units in the Americas.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements including contracts, confidentiality, non-competes, and separation agreements.
  • •Oversee internal investigations and advise on risk mitigation and employee relations matters.
  • •Supervise outside counsel on employment matters and coordinate with Global Head of Employment Law as needed.
  • •Collaborate on global projects across jurisdictions and support restructuring/transformation efforts.

Key Requirements
