•Define and deploy the Haute Bijouterie collection strategy over short-, mid-, and long-term horizons aligned with business ambitions.
•Build each collection’s narrative and identity, carry creative intentions internally, and embody them in strategic presentations.
•Plan and support collection launches in close partnership with Artistic Direction, Studio, and the Development and Stones teams.
•Set up and run transverse governance, including quarterly executive committee reviews for decisions and trade-offs.
•Manage the segment budget, ensure schedule compliance, maintain collection balance, and develop the team with Hermès culture.

•At least 10 years of proven collection experience, ideally in jewelry or luxury.
•Ability to combine creative vision with operational rigor.
