Maintenance Technician-3rd Shift

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on large manufacturing equipment to reduce downtime. Diagnose root causes of unexpected breakdowns, replace worn parts, and document work performed. Maintain shop areas, tools, and supplies, and coordinate with managers and department heads on scheduling and equipment modifications. Work safely by following PPE and safety policies, while applying troubleshooting and process-improvement skills in an individual-contributor role.
