Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years’ experience in finance process management, operational improvement, or business transformation (Big 4, consulting, corporate finance, or similar).
  • •Direct team leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop talent (3+ team members).
  • •Hands-on expertise redesigning/optimizing P2P, R2R, O2C, or similar finance processes.
  • •Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft), process intelligence (Celonis), process automation tools, and data governance.
