Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction to Maintenance Team Leaders and maintenance personnel, fostering a safe and engaged work environment.
  • •Oversee daily maintenance activities across all shifts and ensure effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • •Monitor work order completion, backlog management, and maintenance effectiveness using CMMS systems, and coordinate resources for planned outages and major repairs.
  • •Develop and execute long-term equipment reliability and asset care strategies, including downtime/cost analysis and root cause investigations.
  • •Develop and manage departmental maintenance budgets and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety, including Lockout/Tagout and other critical safety programs.
