Assess customer banking needs, obtain and process information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to individual goals. Support branch partners to open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products using a digital-first mindset while maintaining operational excellence and accuracy.
