Sr. Director, Product Management - DEWALT Construction Technology

Set the vision and multi-year strategy for the DEWALT Construction Technology product portfolio, overseeing AI, IoT, and software initiatives end-to-end. Lead and mentor a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers, driving roadmap execution, customer insight, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Own launches, adoption, and KPI-driven lifecycle management, while representing the organization at industry events.
