Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead verification of high-speed Crypto, Network-on-Chip (NoC), and cutting-edge DRAM memory controller designs (DDR5, LPDDR6, HBM4) with a focus on quality and performance.
  • •Architect, develop, and utilize simulation and/or formal-based verification environments at both IP and SoC level.
  • •Lead and manage verification teams, including planning, execution, tracking, verification closure, and delivery to programs.
  • •Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans, including testbenches and test cases.
  • •Collaborate with design, architecture, and software teams to define verification strategies and mentor junior engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 4,860,800 - 6,944,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS with 8+ years or MS with 6+ years or PhD with 3+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • •Hands-on experience verifying state-of-the-art memory controllers (DDR, LPDDR, HBM) and understanding memory controller protocols and calibration (DDR3/4/5, LPDDR4/5/6, HBM2/3/4) plus board skew and jitter modeling.
  • •Proven technical leadership driving verification strategies for pre-silicon IP and/or SoC designs, including planning, execution, tracking, verification closure, and delivery to programs.
  • •Experience developing UVM and SystemVerilog testbenches and using simulation/debug environments such as Synopsys VCS or Cadence Xcelium.
  • •Working knowledge of assertion/metric-driven verification and verification infrastructure; familiarity with formal tools (VC Formal, JasperGold, Questa Formal) and verification management/regression databases is a plus.
