Job Summary

Manage daily operational activities for health plan and insurance payer remittance and payment enrollment processing. Complete enrollment workflows for commercial and government plans, monitor requests and follow-ups to meet timelines, and support clients and health plans via email and phone. Maintain payer website and clearinghouse access credentials, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and identify process improvement opportunities. Work with CRM tools such as Salesforce and office productivity software.
