Job Summary

Occupational Health Nurse needed to support employee well-being at Procter & Gamble Egypt, with roles at Cairo Business Office and 6th of October Plant. You’ll lead preventive, curative and promotive health programs, perform health screenings, vaccinations, training, and collaborate with HS&E, HR and site medical teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Preventive Health Care: assist in pre-employment and periodic medical checkups, conduct occupational health tests, deliver health trainings, support rehabilitation and return-to-work programs, run vaccination programs, coordinate health campaigns, participate in ergonomic assessments, conduct monthly workplace inspections, collaborate with HS& E, HR and management to promote health and safety, review sickness absence cases
•Curative Health Care: provide first aid and emergency medical care, coordinate with hospitals and providers, follow up on employee cases
•Promotive Health Care: implement health awareness trainings and health days (e.g., World Diabetes Day, World Heart Day)
•Health risk management: maintain medical records, ensure confidentiality, health surveillance for workers exposed to hazards, post-exposure prophylaxis handling, medical equipment maintenance
•Site governance: ensure compliance with local/global health policies, audit readiness, and proper record-keeping

Key Requirements

•The Site Nurse must be a qualified, certified and currently licensed nurse by the country-specific laws in which he/she operates
•Medium to advanced fluency in English is a must
•Occupational Health qualification or working toward Occupational Health qualification is strongly desired
•Highest nursing qualification level available in the country is an advantage
•Experience in occupational health and/or working in an enterprise environment is advantageous
