Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and manage subcontractor performance against KPIs, service levels, and contractual obligations.
  • •Manage subcontract commercial activities across the project lifecycle, including progress claims, payment assessments, warranties, notices, variations, and contract amendments.
  • •Lead and participate in subcontract and project meetings, providing commercial and contractual advice to support decision-making.
  • •Execute supplier agreements, subcontracts, and purchase orders in line with approved procedures and Delegations of Authority (DOA).
  • •Monitor, analyze, and report subcontractor cost forecasts, commitments, and earned value to support project cost control.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value contracts in a commercial or project environment.
  • •Ability to analyze supplier proposals and contractual terms to identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and operational risks.
  • •Experience managing subcontract commercial activities across the project lifecycle, including claims, assessments, warranties, notices, variations, and amendments.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders in a project-based environment.
  • •Capability to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
