Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and penetration testing for Unity products and services across engine/editor, cloud services, APIs, and internal platforms.
  • •Conduct deep code reviews and manual testing for high-risk systems using AI-assisted review processes.
  • •Design and operate security automation using AI-assisted tooling for continuous code review, triage, and automated penetration testing, stepping in when human judgment is needed.
  • •Secure Unity’s AI and agentic systems by assessing AI-native products, LLM integrations, and agent workflows for their specific risks.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to drive remediation and investigate/respond to application security incidents with root-cause analysis and durable corrective action.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years of application security experience with a track record on complex, large-scale systems.
  • •Strong secure coding practices and common vulnerability knowledge, including OWASP Top 10 and beyond.
  • •Hands-on secure development experience across multiple programming languages.
  • •Practical penetration testing, security assessment, and vulnerability management using standard tooling.
  • •Experience securing cloud systems using GCP, AWS, or Azure.
