Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end design for internal and operator-facing tools, from problem definition to delivery-ready specs.
  • •Translate ambiguous, undefined business problems into clear design direction, often without briefs or precedent.
  • •Identify recurring issues and build systemic solutions rather than repeatedly patching the same problem.
  • •Set and track success metrics (task time, usage, and adoption) and drive decisions with real data.
  • •Build and scale a design system, present design rationale to stakeholders, and collaborate closely with engineers and PMs.

Key Requirements

  • •Communicate clearly and concisely, structuring and defending design thinking with product, engineering, operations stakeholders, and designers.
  • •Demonstrate strong systems and workflow thinking, designing for scale and building systemic solutions rather than one-off fixes.
  • •Use UX-led craft with KPI-setting and usage-data interpretation to guide decisions based on behavior, not assumptions.
  • •Handle high ambiguity by defining the problem, scoping work, and getting moving even without an existing brief.
  • •Proficiency in UI and design-system work; Figma is required, with openness to new tools (including AI-assisted workflows).
