Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure 100% supply of materials to meet agreed production plans while optimizing inventory.
  • •Support validation of master production schedules for relevant production value streams.
  • •Manage and improve inbound material flow from local and imported suppliers, including stock management.
  • •Support IBP (supply review) with accurate information and propose material supply alternatives to fulfill demand.
  • •Ensure robustness of MRP/planning systems by reviewing planning master data and lead material lifecycle improvements (obsolescence, overruns/write-offs) using lean tools like VSM and A3.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
  • •1–2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Management, Warehousing, or Logistics within a reputable FMCG company.
  • •Proficiency with large data sets and spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel.
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems, including Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Inventory Management.
  • •Knowledge of E2E planning tools such as Rapid Response (added advantage).
