Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and recommend where to invest in events across Europe based on pipeline and ROI potential.
  • •Build and maintain the EMEA events calendar and own the EMEA events budget, tracking spend against plan.
  • •Coordinate EMEA in-person tradeshows end to end, including pre-event planning, on-site delivery, and post-event wrap-up.
  • •Host and grow local meetups in the DataCamp London office and coordinate customer and partner events and dinners with CSM and AE teams.
  • •Ensure leads are logged into Salesforce and marketing systems, then report on event ROI and run qualitative debriefs.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing, events, or a related commercial/B2B environment.
  • •A strong academic record, including a degree from a top-tier university.
  • •Excellent organisational and project-management skills to manage multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • •A proactive, ownership mindset, including comfort making decisions, managing a budget, and running projects independently.
  • •Strong communication and relationship skills to work directly with Sales, customers, partners, and vendors; willing to travel regularly across EMEA.
